Proven Overunity from Electric Discharges into Water. (Video 17)

University researchers Dr. Peter Graneau and his son Dr. Neal Graneau sent high voltage electric discharges into pure water, giving an overunity result. Electric Transient Events are added to the list of parameters disproving the so-called "Law of Conservation of Energy".
