5 minute Full Body Flow Stretch for Anxiety and Stress Relief
If you are like me, flow stretches are some of my favourite stretch routines to wake the body up in the morning, to refresh the brain during the day, or to use it as a rejuvenating break.
This routine can also be used after a workout, or even get the kids (or animals) to join in. :) I tend to repeat this routine twice, and use meditation music to enhance the anxiety and stress relief.
