Ingredients:
1 cooked cauliflower
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of light Parmesan cheese
1 whole beaten egg
½ cup of light mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Salt, oregano and basil to taste
Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In a food processor, grind the cauliflower.
Then transfer this mass to a dish towel to drain the
excess water.
Transfer the dough to a bowl.
Add garlic, salt, oregano, parmesan cheese and egg and mix well.
Roll out the dough into a pizza pan.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
After this period, remove from the oven.
Spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil.
Return to the oven to brown the cheese.
Remove and serve immediately.
