What do you do when you notice you're resistant to something you really want?

Let's say you really want to do something such as write a book or even create a particular experience in your life.

But you notice you're procrastinating, feeling resistant and just aren't taking inspired action. Now what?

Pay attention to how you feel. Hone in on the sensation and ask yourself, "What would I need to believe is true about myself in order to feel this way about this topic?"

The limiting belief will show itself so you can move around it and start taking inspired action.

I give an example of what limiting belief was active in me that was causing me to feel resistant to writing.
