CCSD focuses on recruitment, requiring only a high school diploma for substitutes

CCSD is launching a recruiting campaign aimed at offering career advancement opportunities to current employees. The campaign comes as a new regulation passed, allowing CCSD to hire substitute’s with only a high school diploma during a state of emergency.
