I wish I could tell you that my quitting kratom is a process that gets better day by day. For some people it might, for me it is not. I thought I was through the woods after having a great nights sleep the other day. Last night was a reality check. I have not gone to sleep since yesterday. It was an evening of tossing and turning. Really makes no sense considering that I exercised my butt off in the gym earlier in the day, and I have eliminated all starches, sugars, seed oils, hydrogenated garbage from my life. I chalk it up to Kratom doing what it does. It's like a demon. It possesses you. Exercising that demon is easier said than done and it takes months, not days or weeks. Be prepared for the journey ahead. Quitting Kratom is mandatory. You will struggle. But it will be worth it.
