Patriot Act used to kill freedom

Jesse Ventura asks when will the President reestablish habeas corpus and rid the Patriot Act. The President at the time was Obama, Ventura the dumb bastard thought democrats were the party of freedom. (Note: neither party is) What Obama actually did is weaponize the Patriot Act against the American people. That is exactly what Biden is using to hold protesters from Jan 6. In addition, Biden made it clear if you criticize his policies it can lead to distrust in our institutions therefore you can be classified as a domestic terrorist and held under the Patriot Act.
