Russian paratroopers and rockets attack Ukraine’s second-largest city Kharkiv

The Ukraine military says Russian paratroopers have landed in the country's second-largest city Kharkiv.

Meanwhile, Russia's defence ministry says its troops have now captured the southern city of Kherson.

The city's mayor says the city is still under Ukrainian control, but local authorities say Kherson is completely surrounded.
