How to find a circuit breaker (Klein Tools)

In this video I will be showing you how to find a circuit breaker using the Klein Tools (ET310). This tool can be used to identify a circuit with outlets on it as well as a circuit with only light. This tool can also be used to verify that the wiring is correct on most any outlet. This is a great tool for the average DIY'er as well as the working professional.
