RAW FOOTAGE that has been hidden for almost 21 years!

Kevin Westley posted this on Youtube years ago, but had it set to PRIVATE for the last 20+ years. He finally figured out that no one was seeing it, and it shows all these people looking up and shows the plane hitting the second tower! Please share. This was literally the attack (by God Knows Who) that started our endless wars.
