Lithuania builds wall against migrants from Belarus

Lithuania has started building the first wall in Europe against migrants crossing from Belarus - a towering steel structure topped with razor wire. The European Union accuses Belarus of encouraging migrants to cross into neighboring countries. Lucy Fielder reports.
