Living Off-Grid in a Tent w/ Wood Stove: Sierra Update, Installing Backpacking Stove in Awning Room

Hey Everyone, I'm in the final countdown to put up my cold weather gear for the season. I snagged a little shipping container as a storage unit in Del Norte so I'll be using that as a place to store my seasonal gear. I've got a wood stove (backpacking style) arriving today in the mail. I'm planning to install it in the ARB awning drop down room. I've not really seen anyone else do this so I'm excited to test it out! Hopefully I won't melt the tent walls close to the stove/stovepipe. :)

Definition of "Off-Grid": Off-the-grid or off-grid is a characteristic of buildings and a lifestyle designed in an independent manner without reliance on one or more public utilities. The term "off-the-grid" traditionally refers to not being connected to the electrical grid, but can also include other utilities like water, gas, and sewer systems, and can scale from residential homes to small communities.
