Hey Everyone! I hope you had a nice weekend. I am currently planning my next move to hit the road again in the next day or two for a more remote location. However, today I'll be staying put since there is rain at camp making the dirt roads around Sedona impassable. Hope you all have a great start to the week!

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OFF-GRID AND SELF SUFFICIENT HOMESTEADING

Definition of "Off-Grid": Off-the-grid or off-grid is a characteristic of buildings and a lifestyle designed in an independent manner without reliance on one or more public utilities. The term "off-the-grid" traditionally refers to not being connected to the electrical grid, but can also include other utilities like water, gas, and sewer systems, and can scale from residential homes to small communities.

Self-sufficient means needing no outside help in satisfying one's basic needs, especially about the production of food, and homesteading means living a lifestyle of self-sufficiency. So by those definitions, the key to homesteading is learning to be self-sufficient.
