Question:

My ex and I have had an off again/off again relationship for almost 8 yrs—mainly off although we were still hooking up, which we did 4 weeks ago.

My heart has always been in it, but I’m pretty sure his hasn’t for a long time.

Today I found out he’s been hanging around with a long time friend and he’s possibly thinking of dating her.

I’m feeling it in the pit of my chest as if we just broke up and he’s moving on.

I can’t seem to focus on myself I’m in this obsessive cycle of thinking about what he is up to instead. I try to avert my attention but wind up right back on him. I’m not moving on at all.

I’m breaking my heart over and over again.
