Fyodor Dostoevsky was and is one of my favorite authors on a personal level--few authors can write and encapsulate such emotional and philosophical profundity--but because his catalog followed nearly thirty years of literary production during the 19th century, we'll have to pick out one particular section or standalone short-story...

The text we'll be working with is The Brothers Karamazov, and one specific chapter called "The Grand Inquisitor," and we're not only going to talk about the author, Dostoevsky (i.e. biographical details, limited bibliography, and how his works fit in our sociological record as a species of highly communicative beings..

Dead Letter Society is a rebranded version 2.0 of a separate podcast and YouTube channel(s)--I use Rumble as well, as well as all your podcast outlets under the name of Big Brother Holding Company.
