Police LRAD ready for use in Ottawa against protesters

The Long Range Acoustic Device, LRAD, is a sonic weapon used to bring protesters down by blasting them with a sound wave so intense people drop in pain.

During the breakup of the Ottawa protest, Truckers Convoy Canada 2022, also called an illegal blockade by government without being heard in court, the police brought an LRAD device. It is believed that it was never used, or least there's not a mention of it found other than this one video and a few pictures of a TV playing the video.

Had the near peaceful protest, outside of a handful of bad apples, turned violent, surely the police were prepared to use the LRAD weapon against it's own people of Canada. There's also the First Nations and landed immigrants that were there protesting that the Emergency Act of Canada does not apply to. Canada will be paying out settlements for a decade.
