When he was still in New York City, Jeff served as a mayoral appointee on the Manhattan, NY Community Planning Board by David Dinkins, New York City’s first African-American mayor. In 2000, Jeff moved to Orlando and for the last two decades, has started athletic programs and coached kids in football and basketball. As a student-athlete with a football scholarship, Jeff attended Colgate University. It was there that he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science. After that, he attended New York University to get his master’s degree in marketing and management.
