Sims 4 : What Are You Doing? - This video discusses the current state of the Sims 4 after the latest release of yet another broken game pack: 'My Wedding Stories'.
In my personal experience, my game feels unstable ever since the patch that was released for the 'Snowy Escape' expansion. Even though it has improved since then, my game has never felt the same as before.
We are currently in a situation where the Sims 4 becomes more buggy than Sims 3 despite Sims 3 being the game that has the reputation of being a 'buggy mess'.
Before the release of the My Wedding Stories game pack we had an update without patch notes, that is a new one. Without wanting to raise suspicions, I can't help but think about the Sims 3 1.69 patch, the patch that allegedly makes Sims 3 deliberately run worse.
It is sad that the 'My Wedding Stories' game pack released in such a bad state, especially since the Sims Team has been on a good roll (let's not mention kits lol) with packs such as Paranormal and Cottage Living and the unexpected, but very well done refresh of the Spa Day game pack. However Dream Home Decorator was released in a buggy state (and I don't think we've had many fixes yet), and now 'My Wedding Stories' released in a bad state. Having the 'need' for a new gorgeous beach world such as Tartosa, getting all excited and then all disappointed again. Releasing yet another pack in such a bad state is so damaging for the game and its reputation that I don't understand why they have not decided to delay the release of this pack, so I'm asking the question: Sims 4, What are you doing?
