US citizens from foreign countries has no rights to join Truth Social media

US citizens from foreing countries has no rights to join Truth Social media because they're not allowed to download the app due 1020 error in their countries. The app should be available in the App Store and also in the Play Store but next they should ask for US ID or foreing ID + US Birth Certificate in order to create the account. So we can avoid fake accounts an leave real accounts on a real social media but for US citizen only sharing information.
If under Trump administration there was a border, why they're not allowing US citizens from foreign countries to join the new social media?
