Ukraine tries to arm civilians as Russia invades

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has caused the country to arm its citizens in an effort to stop the invasion. The Ukrainian government passed legislation to allow citizens to posses firearms and are even giving them to anyone who is willing to help protect the country.

The events in eastern Europe should be seen as an example of how important the Second Amendment is to us here in America. The right to keep and bear arms is a critical reason why no other nation would want to invade our homeland.
