Stressors in your life?

Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act. 🧍

This is a type of "mind/body connection". When you are stressed, anxious or upset, your body reacts in a way that may tell you that something is not right.

👉 For example, you may develop high blood pressure or a stomach ulcer after a particularly stressful event, such as the death of a loved one.

📌 But there are ways you can improve your emotional health.

Try to recognize your emotions and understand why you're having them. Sorting out the causes of sadness, stress and anxiety in your life can help you manage your emotional health.
Being mindful and listening to yourself, can keep you in check. Meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, or just sitting still with your eyes closed can help release the tension or emotions.

Don’t forget to smile even at yourself often. That is the best medicine. 😊
