This is the step-by-step exercise plan you need if you're new to training and seeking for a beginner routine to gain muscle. In this video, I walk you through a 3-month starting programme that is meant to increase strength and muscle while also ensuring that your body is built on a stable foundation.
Each month includes three workouts: two full-body workouts and one that focuses on your core and grip/forearm strength. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are dedicated to entire body training, while Tuesday and Thursday are dedicated to core and carry exercises.
