The singer chose the theme of stationery, developed by Andrea Guimarães, to celebrate Zaya's birthday
Simone Mendes and her husband, Kaká Diniz, are celebrating this Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Buffet Estação Vai e Vem, in São Paulo, the first birthday of their youngest Zaya. The singer's own childhood nostalgia inspired the theme of the party, decorated by Andrea Guimarães, who was inspired by the stationery folder that the birthday girl's mother keeps to this day. "A little birthday of my princess Zaya, who my mom loves very much. I'm looking forward to it! It's a very special theme because I lived in my childhood and I'm sure many people who were invited to this birthday will also relive that. childhood", celebrated the singer, who is also the mother of 7-year-old Henry. the party was attended by 200 people, Andrea completely revamped the buffet. She explains that it took her two days to get the walls wrapped with the theme. On the street, a panel 12 meters wide and five meters high welcomes guests.
"I've been putting together this party for two days, which is going to be spectacular. She chose the stationery theme because it reminds me of her childhood. Simone still has her folder and wanted a party that would refer a little to her story as well. I did a complete transformation of the buffet to make a replica of this time when everyone collected stationery", explained Andrea, who used many references from the Betsy Clair and Sarah Kay stationery models, the most popular in the 90's.
The menu, which has a little bit of everything, also featured gourmet cookies, displayed in boxes shaped like stalls. Even the plates and napkins got the touch of stationery.
There will be four souvenirs, one of which, according to Andrea, is a folder of stationery. "Simone really wanted to give this surprise to the girls. There will also be a lunch box with images of stationery with several snack kits inside.
Among the famous guests, Luiza Possi was one of the first to arrive with her children, Lucca and Matteo, as well as Maíra Cardi with little Sophia.
