On today's episode of American gypC Podcast we are talking to Akello Stone about his book Seeking Selfdom in the Age of Selfies and Personal Development. Akello is adjunct professor of sociology at El Camino College since 2004, teaching both in the classroom and online, and formerly served as a board member for Urban Compass and Executive Director of the Manifest Your Destiny Foundation, founded by actor Hill Harper. He's made appearances on several SoulPancake videos and have been a regular co-host on Life With Awareness.
