Peanut Butter Fudge - The Hillbilly Kitchen

Not many people can make peanut butter fudge. Now you will be among the elite few people who can. Even professional chefs shy away from making peanut butter fudge because it's seemingly so difficult.

The main reason that store bought fudge tastes so bad is because they scrimp on the peanut butter. It's called peanut butter fudge for a reason!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups - Jif Peanut butter
1 - Seven ounce jar Jet-Puffed marshmallow cream
3/4 cup - Evaporated milk
3 cups - Sugar
6 tablespoons - Real butter
1 teaspoon - Real vanilla
