Here are 2 simple tips to prevent / avoid getting sweaty car seats after a workout! I don't like using the gym showers because they are usually very unsanitary and disgusting so I use these 2 tips almost daily. If you are someone who has to drive somewhere to start your run or bike then this will be great for you as well.

Tip 1: Put a tower on your seat, the main placement is on the bottom of the seat but you also want to cover a bit of the back of the seat.

Tip 2: Create a deodorizing spray bottle that is mostly water with 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 10 drops tea tree oil to kill the bacteria and another 10 drops of whatever fragrance you want. I personally use bergemont which is an orange, citrus smell but find lime work really well too.

Try it out and tell me how you like it. The spray bottle can be used to clean your seats as well if they are currently stinky.
