Ukraine: Military vehicles on the move near Mariupol -

Footage filmed near the Nikolske village in the Donetsk region shows military vehicles moving along the road. Russian Defence Ministry has said that Moscow's Armed Forces are not launching missile and artillery strikes on Ukrainian cities. High-precision weapons are however used to disable military infrastructure: military airfields, aviation, and air defence facilities of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba tweeted that cities were under bombardment. "This is a war of aggression. Ukraine will defend itself and will win. The world can and must stop Putin. The time to act is now." Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky imposed martial law throughout the country and convened an urgent meeting of the Security Council. #Donetsk
