Russian sources report that the Russian army has secured control of the strategic North Crimean Canal (Severniy Krimskiy Canal), which supplied up to 85% of fresh water for the Crimean peninsula and has been blocked by Ukraine's Kiev regime since 2015 (in order to illegally cut off Crimea's water supply).
