Biden's remarks on Russian invasion of Ukraine

United States president Joe Biden announces new set of sanctions against Russia. He accused President Vladimir Putin of trying to regain the Soviet Union. Biden also announced deployment of more troops to Germany and NATO nations in Eastern Europe.
