I recently visited Holland Michigan and stayed at the CityFlatsHotel, It's a modern eco-friendly hotel with uniquely designed rooms. It's conveniently located only a couple of blocks from Holland's main street area on 8th Street. CHeck out my full review video of Holland Michigan for a tour of the city. CityFlatsHote is the first hotel in the Midwest to receive (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certification. There's even a car charger for electric vehicles in the parking lot. Interesting, there appeared to be a 50's era Chevy taxi for the hotel, maybe used as a shuttle?

CitySen Lounge on the main floor of the hotel offers relaxed seating areas, a build your own pizza menu, and breakfast foods in the morning.

At the bar, get local brews, thoughtfully selected wines by the glass & bottle, inventive cocktails, and shared food plates.

CityBrü, also on the first floor, serves direct trade coffee, teas, and specialty espresso drinks 24 hours a day. Fresh baked goods and snacks are also available, and they provide Complimentary coffee for guests in the morning.

Despite several food options, I don't believe they offer room service. However, they do have Complimentary secure high-speed Wi-Fi which was fast and consistent.

There's also a small fitness center past the bar area.

CityVu Events! is on the top floor and rooftop with views of the city and available for events and weddings.

There's also a conference room for events and training.

One of the most interesting and unique things about the hotel is the sports viewing room that opens at noon. You can lounge in a battery powered recliner with a swing out tray table and watch a variety of sports on multiple screens. This is probably a busy place during playoffs, but wasn't on my visit.

For most people, the most important thing is the room.Let's take a look at my standard room with a King sized bed.
