Diane Alber, an Arizona native, with a Fine Arts Degree from Arizona State University. Drawing has been a passion of mine since the day I received my first box of Crayola 8 crayons. I’ve been able to express my creative side in many forms of art from paintings to portraits. And now I am parlaying my art talent in the technology field with the creation of Kip and Gary comics, which was developed over a weekend. I wanted the comic strip to be both educational and entertaining. And I hope you’ve had the chance to enjoy them!

Kip and Gary’s popular success is attributed to the data center settings and themes which are familiar to many who have worked in this environment. Much of the humor emerges as the audience sees the characters make ridiculous decisions and problem solving techniques that may have been attempted by yourself or by a co-worker at one time in your career. The themes explored are Power, Cooling, Site Selection, Green Initiatives, Infrastructure and so much more!
