Garmin Instinct 2: Strength Weightlifting Activity

Testing out the Strength Activity. Overall Its not good, its does its job for HR tracking but that is about it. It just doesn't do a good job of recognizing exercises and tracking reps. It would require lot of effort constant correction. Even then it still lacks any useful power data metrics like speed, power, etc. Of the other devices I tested, the only device left is the Beast Sensor which is way better than Garmin for strength tracking, it doesn't do any HRM. What I forgot to mention is that you can pre plan and create a working in the app ie plan out what exercise and how many sets. I personally do not like that because I try to workout to exhaustion and I wont know how many sets/reps that will be in advance.
