The story of Aphrodite and Ares.

Married to Hephaestus, Aphrodite could not resist the lure of Ares.
Hephaestus saw them were together and framed it so that they would be caught in front of the other Gods. Hephaestus was angry but his punishment was not punishment enough, so he cast away Aphrodite.

This did not break Aphrodite’s heart for she already pledged her love to Ares, and he to her the same.
Together they had a rocky start but now they and their beautiful family have a grand and wonderful time living together in the palace looking over the sea …from whence Aphrodite sailed across, a long, long time ago…to the land of the Greek Gods…
