PLC Programming a Pneumatic Machine that Assemble Parts

PLC programming in our Pneumatic Pick & Place machine that assembles a part in two stages. Giving a clear understanding of both the way the machine works while talking through the PLC Ladder logic.

The future of PLC controls is getting stringer & stringer every year, this is the exact reason why I try to share my knowledge to help as many people as I can to learn automation in the manufacturing environment.

This video gives a clear understanding of a finite state machine from the view of the machine running to the ladder logic itself to show you the reason I chose to use a state machine.
