We totally agree to Garfield who said “Lasagna: the world's most perfect food.” Although lasagna is a true Italian dish but we have poured in some Pakistani love to it. So here we have ‘The Cheesiest, The Sauciest and The Yummiest’ lasagna for all the people out there who don’t like the RED SAUCE and the MINCED CHICKEN in lasagna… YES THIS ONE'S FOR YOU!!! A perfect blend of spicy chicken mixture spread on lasagna sheets with thick creamy WHITE SAUCE and lots of CHEESE!!! The luscious white sauce giving it the added oomph makes it even more palatable. INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN MIXTURE:
1. 250gm Boneless Chicken (small cubes)
2. 6 Small Onions (chopped)
3. 1 Whole Garlic (chopped)
4. 4 Tomatoes (small slices)
5. 1-2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
6. Salt to taste
7. 1-2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
8. 1/4 tsp parsley, basil, mixed herbs each
9. 2 tbsp Tomato puree
10. 1 cup Chicken Stock
11. 1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
12. 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

WHITE SAUCE:
1. 100g Butter
2. 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
3. 5 tbsp plain flour
4. 3 cups Milk
5. 2 cups of Chicken Stock
6. 1½-2 tsp Black Pepper
7. 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
8. Salt to taste
9. Capsicum (optional)
10. Green Chilies (optional)

FOR LAYERING:
1. Boiled Lasagna Sheets
2. 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
3. 1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
4. Tomatoes and Green chilies for garnishing
