Grow Lavender from Seed

I've already started two or three batches of lavender from seed this spring, and here I'll demonstrate my seedling setup. Lots of other varieties up already too. The previous batch was old seed, so I was extra "generous" in each cell of the plug tray - and you can see from the results that I'll have to do some thinning as they root out. One other note is that I purposely did my seeding for lavender as early as possible - the goal is to make saleable 9cm (4inch) pots in a single growing season. I guess we'll see!
