Julie Colquhoun has found out something that if this is true is quite shocking. The WHO (World Health Organisation) want Governments of other countries to sign a treaty with them. Which will give the WHO powers to enforce lockdowns, mandates and other restrictions in the event of another pandemic or crisis. And the Governments would then have no say in this.
