Cream Cheese Filling. In this video I'll be mixing up an easy to make cream cheese filling. It's perfect for filling muffins, pastries, cup cakes, danishes, quick breads, pound cakes, etc...anything baked. This filling should be added before baking. It must be cooked. This filling can be made up to a week ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

8 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 to 2 teaspoons of real vanilla extract
