NASA's Electric Aircraft X-57 Maxwell

NASA has spent years developing an experimental electric aircraft called the X-57 Maxwell. This test aircraft is being built to demonstrate different technologies in an airplane such as reduced fuel use and emissions, in this case an electric plane and noise reduction.
