After 20 years in prison for a murder he says he didn't commit, his conviction was overturned, but he's not free yet

Buehner was convicted of aggravated murder in 2002. He was 24 years old at the time, and for two decades, has continually maintained his innocence. Like several others in Northeast Ohio, his conviction was overturned and he became a partially free man. Now, he faces a retrial.
