No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups - Easy Dessert in Minutes - The Hillbilly Kitchen

Strawberry Cheesecake Cups – Easy, No-Bake, Dessert in 5 Minutes Strawberry Cheesecake Cups are absolutely scrumptious. They are incredibly easy to make with simple ingredients, no cooking or baking, and very little mixing. They can be served instantly or made a day ahead. They can be simple and casual or fancy and formal. Strawberry Cheesecake Cups are perfect for any Summer dinner or cookout. You could add a few blueberries for a Red White and Blue dessert on Memorial Day, Independence Day or Veteran’s Day. Fancy them up a little for Bridal or Baby Showers. No matter what the occasion even no occasion at all everybody loves them. They are not too heavy and not too sweet. Like Goldilocks said, “They are just right”!

Ingredients:

1-pint Strawberries
1 ½ cup Whipping Cream
¾ cup + 2 tablespoons Sugar
2 ½ teaspoons Real Vanilla
8 ounces Cream Cheese
4 Graham Crackers

This will make 6 to 8 servings. If I am making it for just me and Bret for a special dinner, I cut it in half. Yes, it is more than we can eat but that is part of what makes it special.
You can put it in a graham cracker crust and top it with the strawberries and make a pie if you want. I have a slightly different recipe for a pie, but this will work.
