Thanking God Has Tremendous Benefits

Thank you and I'll prove it

Psa 50:23 Whoso offers praise glorifies me: and to him that orders his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.

Davis is revealing three truths with this passage.

1. To take the time to thank God for all the blessings in your life is to offer praise to Him.

Where I live there are a lot of homeless, I think they all migrate to California because of the weather and our welfare benefits.

Tents are everywhere there is a grassy spot to set them up. Old RV's line the streets and make small shanty towns everywhere.

Most folks don't mind the homeless as long as they stay out of their neighborhood.

The biggest problem with the homeless is the trash, trash everywhere?
Roseville road, San Francisco, Superbowl, Sacramento Iron man, etc.

When ever I see the homeless which is almost everyday, I try to say a prayer for them, but I constantly thank God that I'm not one of them.

I thank God daily for my home, and for feeding me.

2. David also tells us when you thank God, you show Him your gratitude by adjusting your life by living according to His will. If you don't alter you life your praise is hollow, just empty words.

3. However if you do alter your life and live according to Gods will, the reward is salvation.

Thank God everyday for all your blessings, because tough times are ahead, if you're ever in need God will remember you thanked Him when you had everything.
