Ep. 13: Social credit scores/ESG - Rep. Cheryl Acton

Banks are looking to use more than a credit score to determine your worthiness for receiving loans. Social credit scores or ESG (Environmental, Social Justice, Governance) ratings are exactly the kind of thing the Chinese government has instituted to keep their people in check. Rep. Cheryl Acton's bill (HB 431) aims to prevent Utah banks from going down this road.
