tonight's show, recorded 8/10/20, starts with some chat about Presidential candidate JOE BIDEN and some of his ANTICS and although we avoid getting political on this show, we feel the need to make fun of stuff that we think is funny so it's only natural we made fun of this. so of course "Corn Pop" comes up in conversation. so does Joe's dad and GOD COULD HE DRIVE A CAR... i digress. we also seem to talk a lot about ZUCKERBERG and he comes up again here and we discuss whether or not he is DATA from Star Trek TNG, and then after some discussion about Tom from MySpace and a GAME OF "F***, MARRY, KILL" that takes place in the POKéMON UNIVERSE, we finally get to perhaps our signature segment "It's Only Rock & Roll (But I Like It)" which is about music news and music history/lore and this time its about rock gods SMASH MOUTH and their performance at STURGIS this year, and we discuss the legacy of the band TRAPT who also performed at Sturgis, and the classic movie WILD HOGS, next we have our segment about news that you could only find in the USA called "Living In America" and tonight we chew the fat about a news story that finds our whacky president Donald Trump seeking a new way to be immortalized on an American Landmark...spoiler: its not a good idea. and since we're on the topic of presidents we naturally talk about Reagan again, and finally our last segment of the night is "Cruis'n World" which finds the boi's looking outside our shores and borders to news around the world and tonight make sure you're sitting down because this one is pretty unsettling. and as our listeners know, we always talk about high-brow, mature topics and have very sophisticated takes so you know we will handle this sensitive topic carefully. in other words we try not to make too many dick jokes...we hear from some British folks about this story and it was a really fun show to make so we hope you dig it.
