• 5 Containers of yogurt (30 Oz)
• 16 sardines canned oil
• 10 bowls of fortified cereal
• 50 oz of Swiss cheese
• 7 tablespoons of margarine
• 10 eggs
• 30 oz of beef liver
Or you could simply take one dose of vitality vitamin D3.
