Korean Style Beef Short Ribs on the Weber Summit propane grill

Going Hank Hill style today y'all.

Life's been busy and I haven't been able to find the time to cook for the week, so I'm cooking for the night this week. Tonight I've got some cross-cut Korean style beef short ribs.

You can ask your butcher to cut these for you, I prefer them about 3/8th" thick. Get them home with some Korean marinade and they're some of the quickest and tastiest things you can do in under 20 minutes.
