People who start to train weight training need to face an adaptation period in order to strengthen tendons, joints, as well as work on muscular endurance and coordination, to avoid injuries and obtain better performance in the future.
Therefore, it is not recommended to start with high-intensity training, as the beginner is in the learning phase and it can be extremely unproductive and harmful to skip the adaptation stage.
