Does the Left politicize police brutality?

Steve Hilton brilliantly pointed out that liberals seem to think it is acceptable if police brutality is aimed at blue collar workers. If it’s aimed at any left-leaning group, then it’s definitely not acceptable to them. Is police brutality another thing in our society that is being politicized?
