Country Fried Steak Ala Ritz

This is a wonderfully amazingly tasty way to enjoy your Country/Chicken Fried Steaks. It adds that secret delicious taste that will leave your guest wondering what is that special ingredient, while savoring over the delicious flavors incorporated into the steak.
I first came into contact with the special back at the Bourbon Street Hotel & Casino.
Was the graveyard line cook and it was one of the specials.

INGREDIENTS: DOUBLE RECIPE
2 C. FLOUR ALL PURPOSE
2 SLEEVES OF RITZ CRACKERS
1 TSP. CRUSHED RED PEPPER
1 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP. SALT ( I USE A LITTLE MORE)
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
EGG WASH:
3/4 C. MILK
2 EGGS
NOTE:
If you don't have a food processor.
Just use a zip lock back and a rolling pin.
Does not have to be powder.
