Why should anyone believe anything Justin Trudeau says?

Trudeau is the same man who sacked his attorney general for refusing to comply with his directive to intervene in a criminal case. He now wants us to trust him that he will not abuse the power he granted himself under the Emergency Measures Act. I'm not convinced. Are you?
